3. The punching needle is guided by a withdrawal plate to ensure that the punching needle is in the center of the die core and increase the service life of the lower die sleeve of the punching needle.


4. Punching step design, with built-in automatic alignment, ensures that the punching needle is punched vertically, ensures that the punching die core is always concentric and does not interfere with the die core, avoids the punching needle breakage, avoids the deformation of the return plate and lower die, and affects the service life of discharge.


5. The tip-shaped design of the punching needle forms a vertical punching force and a horizontal shear force during punching; After the force is dispersed, it is more labor-saving, the hydraulic system heats up slowly, and the discharge is more powerful.


6. The hydraulic system uses SY-63YCY14-1B axial piston pump. The large displacement cylinder is faster and improves production efficiency. The punching completion time is 4 seconds.


7. Disassembly-free punching needle pull-out block is designed with advance and retreat spring buckles. When the pull-out block is opened or closed, the buckle will automatically get stuck. When the punching vibrates, it is ensured that it will not shift to avoid position deviation, causing the punching needle to be crushed and the mechanical equipment to be damaged.


8. There is no need to disassemble the return plate when replacing the lower mold sleeve. You only need to remove the pad under the return plate and replace it, which greatly saves replacement time.


9. The upgraded flush is equipped with a safety protection device. If the worker's hands or other sundries reach inside between the upper and lower molds, the equipment will stop working. This can completely protect the worker's safety, and there will be no sundries in the equipment mold. Inside causes crushing of the mold.
